yesterday

well since it's pass 12am it's actually the day before yesterday haha. I took out my new and only set of makeup and tried it out. Eyeliner and eyeshadow. hahahahaha~ I was really bad with the eyeliner, no skill at all XO Eyeshadow le, could hardly see anything and it was already a dark-ish colour! talor =p mixing colours here and there got a smoky effect tho and that looks not bad at all =)

Now then, yesterday, I got a new toy. An expensive new toy. A new Acer laptop! XD I love it~~ I love the feel, the looks, the colour, the awesomely clear webcam and mic and home theater speakers! Thank you mum and dad!!! *muahzzz to spanking new and slick lappy*

On the manga side, I am up to date with Bleach in 3 days after more than 2 years of not reading it =) next up Fullmetal Alchemist! Can't have the anime more ahead than my reading of the manga XP

all smiles!

Aaaaaaaaaah~ long time no update! :) everyday was about the same for the pass weeks so been putting off haha. Well I am happy today so just popping in for a bit =)

When I am at work I sit in front of the laptop 4hours straight, 1 hour break then 4hours straight again. So I stay away when I get home. Been watching tv and just sitting downstairs more since I started and I don't mind one bit~ shows how much I miss out from being with the family when I sit up here for hours on end.

Christmas day may have passed but really this is the most gift filled time I have ever had! My first new first-hands :D an uber winter coat, a slick handphone, a cool sling bag, and a pair of...Go-Stop 'tong' socks! XD on top of that I now own a pair of blings, a camera, a wallet and PJs! :D geh I feel spoiled! X) eheheheheh loves and thankies for the lovely choices of gifts!!! muaks~

Happy Holidays!!! *skips down to fresh cherries*

Miri Jazz Fest 09 - night 2

Yarr~~ On the 2nd day, I got to the hotel earlier in hopes of catching some bands during their sound checking...and I was in luck XD Got to see the South African group Jeff Maluleke perform a bit (went nut to the beats a bit with Georgie hehe ^^) Then after I reported for my wristband I went back and got majorly excited, it was dites 34's turn for sound check XD My jaw nearly dropped off when I saw Paul (from Alamode) and Quentin playing at the piano (owh man, fangirl moment enough for you?)

So I did what sensible fangirls would do...I snapped as many pictures of Quentin as I could (check my facebook for em) even with my lower quality phone camera (at least I had something :p) then I got Bal Bal to help me get super shots with his keng camera hahaha (lotsa love for the huge favour XD) He didn't seem to mind me snapping his pictures hehe. Of course I wasn't just gaga-ing at his looks, his skills with the saxophone sent chills down my spine!

I really love dites 34's performance at Al Fresco on the 7th, sadly I didn't get to see them perform on the 9th since they were the first band up =( which is why I hunted them down and found their myspace with their music! The live was so much more powerful but this is all I have now so have been listening to that everynight since Jazz Fest :) I love 4 miles, Take 26 and les petis poissons fous ^^
http://www.myspace.com/dites34

That night I was inside and couldn't hear nuts from the performances but I did get to see and greet many of the performers~ I even got to drop a line to John Neptune XD Got to say "hello" plenty of times to those from Alamode, they are so friendly and funny, going around with their camcorder haha~ I managed to get a smile from Quentin the short time he passed the area, he looked really tired tho =S

And so that night duty passed with the clowns coming in and out. haha, I remember one of the clowns took off his makeup, I couldn't recognise him but Jun shouted "It's the clown!" XD keng keng hahahaha. This time when we were allowed to go, it was the Thomson Big Band from Singapore performing (really big band, around 17 of them?). The finale was sweet~ Got to hear bits of each band perform ^^ but the Bombay Brass Band really took the floor, literally, they came down and paraded everyone out of the dome!!! It was fantastic! I would have loved to join the crowd but stay back instead, us volunteers went nuts and lined up with our own moves! hahaha it was really keng :D

On our way out to supper...I spotted a few of the performers just relaxing outside the dome, couldn't help myself, I asked if I could take a pic with em XD Awaiting the pic from Bal now weee~ as far as I could remember, in the pic was Paul Murch (Alamode), Pascal and Guy (dites 34) and... can't remember =_=|| will edit once I get the pic haha. It was great tho, got to shake hands with them ^^ [yea yea, was star stuck :P]

And during supper I got a pat on the shoulder from Pascal XD I found that really cool that he remembers me from the picture take~~ my biggest regret was that I didn't get to take a picture with Quentin T_T I saw him ordering some food but...an MTV shooting session was in between me and him T____T really should had a faster reaction then...now Ian can't stop rubbing it in my face that he took the same lift up =____=

(gee getting long huh?) I end with this. I stayed overnight then, slept near 4am after gaga-ing at the lovely dreamy pictures of Quentin Bal helped took (muaks) and fell asleep hearing an 'orchestra' going on in the room hahahaha. Would never forget this wonderful experience at Miri Jazz Fest!

Miri Jazz Fest 09 - night 1

Righto~ the first night on the 8th, I was assigned to gate control outside with Jun Jun, Min Thien (?) and Maneesha. We got on duty from 5.30pm with the ticket collecting and the tagging. It was great to be on the outside, at least we got to hear the bands play :) but I did get envious of those going in to see the performance.
The bands that night were:
Double Take [M'sian group, the singer was amazing!],
Bombay Baja Brass Band [upbeat UK group :)],
John Neptune's Steps in Time [Japanese music] and
Alamode [Aussie band x)].

Time went by slowly, strangly during the peak times like 7pm, 8pm, 8.30pm ect. It seemed like 30++ people have gone pass and only roughly 5minutes passed, we were so =o= by the slow time. By around 10pm I believe, I started swaying to the beautiful music flowing out, it was John Neptune's Steps in Time, owh the Japanese flute~~~ I was allowed a quick 5minutes break to skip over and watch the performance x) I really treasured those 5minutes :)

Finally 11.30pm rolled over and Miss Jina gave us the signal and we ran to the dome XD Alamode was playing!!! They rocked big time! It was such a blast to be able to sit there and listen to them, amazing trumpet and saxophone play by both Paul-s hahaha xP After the show was over, I got a ride home to freshen up for the next night [many many thanks Bal~~]

Newspaper clipping of Alamode :D

Jazz Fest here we come!!

It has been a wonderful night :D First the whole group of volunteers met up at the Park City Hotel for the briefing on the Jazz Fest then we got to see a band rehearsing and just my luck, it was the band playing Japanese tunes xD John Neptune's Steps in Time is the band name if I am not mistaken, the Japanese flute was owh so beautiful, I was entranced. Hope I get to hear them on my break time XD
Then we headed out to dine and got a taste of what is to come for the Jazz Fest. Upbeat music by the Bombay Baja Brass Band from UK and absolutely sexy music by Dites 34 from France. I am sure many girls will agree that the saxophonist [Quentin Biardeau] was...hmm, if left to me to describe, seemed like he came out of a fav manga/anime of mine, young, good-looking, quite soft features x)
my phone pics are blurry so waiting for someone who has a clear pic of them haha =D
I am sooo going to enjoy myself to the fullest for the upcoming 2 nights, too bad can't stay over at the hotel with the others but will make do with what time we have together :)

Edit: I decided to upload a pic anyways XP

From the right most with the doublebass: Pascal Seixas [lead], on the accordion: Guy Guiliano, on the saxophone: Quentin Biardeau, spot at the back on the drums: Adrian Chennebault.

To be fair since I already have almost everyone, on the left is the guitarist: Sebastien Janjou

tagged by Li Shan~ haha

Dear Eric,

I don't really know how to tell you this, but our affair is over.

I think I realized it when you put cuffs on me in your camping car and I saw you sit on Manchester United's goalkeeper. I'm sure you're scared enough to understand how awful I've felt.

I'm returning your ring to you, but I'll keep the results of your blood-sample as a memory.

You should also know that I never openly mocked cocaine abuse.

Go burn, ~Jan~

welcome back

Ahaha, once again, very far behind on updates =P Anyways, flashback to the 30th Nov. It was first and foremost my mum's birthday ^^ The best present she could get? Lydia came back after a year of being overseas in Aussie! =D So early morning we bundled into the car and head off to Brunei. We reached with plenty of time (so we thought) we all sat back at a friend's place and chit chatted till around 12pm-ish? and went to the airport to find Lydia sitting there waiting hahaha. Had lunch then some grocery shopping (dang the milk prices stayed high T_T) then came back to Miri.
Lydia unloaded her package of goodies :D ChOcOlAtE XD Dad was practically drooling over them (one can imagine right? lol) from Lydia I got a wooden lizard (why ar? haha), hair clips and a metal book mark. Delivery from Karen, her ex-Samsung phone and a new Samsung mp3 player! Many thanks sis XD weeeeeeeee
Watched movies, went through the Final Fantasy and Square-Enix goodies from Lydia's lappy and drooled over the awesome and getting way too cool guys XD... I mean daaaangggg! Check out the "FF versus XIII" trailer and Noctis aka Prince! If you fall in love with the theme song it's Latin titled "Somnus" meaning "Sleep" [psss, I got the mp3 ;)] Another trailer to look into if you are a die heart fan of the Final Fantasy series is "Final Fantasy Dissidia" (new outfits for Squall and Sephiroth!!! *drool*) wanna peek? the name is bond...ing

so...what's a bunch of kids to do after exams? hit of the movies. What was at the movies? 007 and Madagascar2. which did we go for? 007 which was better than the 1st movie but blew a lot of people off as James Bond is not suppose to have a prequel or connections with the other 'missions' and the movie had little to do with the title =S I will only give it a 2/5. if only we went for 'I like to...MOVE IT!' haha owh well~
Lunch was at Pizza Hut's p= owh yummy yum yum~ it's been too long XD The new Japanese flavour was a bomb!!! You gotta try it if you go Pizza Hut =D
Time passed with my big group of friends and us going around Parkson eating ice-cream and fries, looking at electronics and books (haha, it's Miri watcha expect?) All in all it was great because of the people ^--^ It was a good unwinding time for us hehe~
For those still or going to go for your exams, fight on!!! Gambate and fuel the fire! Believe that you can and you can!!! The rest of you...happy holidays =D

John Curtin Weekend

Weeee~ shoulda made a post about this sooner, once again I lagged behind, gomenne~ I shall recap the days to the best I can =)

~Day 1~

From the 3rd to the 5th, 6 groups of students volunteered to go to longhouses as far as Tatau (after Bintulutu) to help the communities with what ever we could.
I was in group 4, along with TuTu, Ian, May, a bunch of other wacky kids and Anso and Gerain who joined in after visiting the other longhouses being the OCs.
We set off from campus at roughly 7.30am, the earliest group to leave since our journey was the longest (estimated 5 hours O_o)
In the bus, most of us just zzzzz-ed away harhar, I stayed awake for the better half and just chatted away with TuTu and May till my head drooped and I went to lala land~ haha, yeah, after NS I can sleep anywhere =P

At around 11.45am we arrived at our destination taking only 4 hours instead of the estimated 5: Rumah Clement of Tatau, 26 houses long and when full has over 200 people.

inside view

outside view

We had a round of introduction once we unloaded our bags into a room they prepared for us then it was off to lunch p= I say, their food is 100 times better than what we get on campus!!! It was super yummy *yup yup* After lunch we head straight to work, first up, painting the fences! =D

cute kids with clean white painted fences =D

we made milky way on Earth XD

muahaha, the source of the milky way :P

an after work snap ^^

After the whole afternoon of painting (my sandles came apart from the heat! lol!) we hit the showers and had dinner~ after dinner was time to minggle with the kids =D There we had Cikgu Ian and Cikgu Anso making up games buahaha!

the kids =)

the gaming, we had "Abang Kata" by Ian :P

After the gamings, we brought out the donated books and clothes for the community to have, the kids were mighty happy about the books and something inside me just swell at how knowledge hungry the kids were. Glad to see that they were so enthusiastic =D

After all that we headed off to sleep at 11pm-ish in preparation of the next new day =)

~Day 2~

We all woke up at around 6.30am and had fried rice for breakfast p= a while after we were told we were going to have some stretching of some kind and got ready~

Turned out the stretching was nonother than the infamous Pocho Pocho dance! Haha, been a while since I danced this =D

After that it was time to work, this time we spilt into 2 groups, on 1 side was painting the exterier and interier of the new room, on the other was cleaning and touching up the paint.

This took us weeee into the evening then we had some R&R before the night life~ after dinner we waited for some of the residents to come back to the longhouse from Bintulu. At around 8, several families came back and had some fun =D We spent the night dancing, playing around and plain old fun ^^

tuak p= I had 6 shots of em XD

the photographers were targeted to go out and try the dance =)

tis was a great night

~Day 3~

At first, we were suppose to help with the gardening but no one could really get up so the Tuai Rumah said it was ok for us to just roam around and relax hehe. We joined the kids for a few rounds of dancing after we could all get up haha (talk bout hangover XD)
Then after lunch came what we were all waiting for....jungle trekking! To where? A waterfall!!! =D The guide kept saying 20 mins, however it took us near an hour to reach there!! There were 5 tree bridges like this:

It took us near an hour but it was worth it to enjoy the sight and sounds of this wonderful waterfall~

Sadly it was getting late and the bus was to arrive soon so we only had 15mins-ish with the waterfall before making our way back. A quick shower after reaching back and we were all packing our things away. It was a great experience and one I would never forget. Our time at the long house ended at 3.30pm on a Sunday afternoon when the bus arrived. I hope to be able to re-visit this community again. They have been so kind and generous to us and so I wish the kids and everyone at Rumah Clement all the best!

A long day but well worth the memories made

27th September, most definitely a day not to forget! Started early in the morning at 8am. Packed up and got ready... for what? Accounting Managerial 101 presentation! After days of practice and much work put in we were finally going to present! So 9am sharp Fair showed up at my door...to Rocky :P haha~ so I drove to campus and waited a bit for Vic to arrive. Once he did we headed into the library's discussion room (love these). We had up to 4 times of run through practice but it seemed like only the 1st run went super smoothly! Fair was consistent, mine got worst with each time and Vic...hmmm, got more worried and slipped up even more.
At 11am we headed into the room and waited for our turn... and waited... our nerves really played with us by the time it was our turn... the last group...after 3 long hours of waiting! But, I felt that we did a super job being the closing group although only 4 groups stuck around to see us. After watching so many people present the same discussion question it was natural for us to be nervous...especially since all their points are the same...and we stuck out as being totally different!! Made me proud to be the group leader when Mr. Anba praised us XD wakakaka!!!

Haha, then after our presentation, Fair bundled back into my car then we fetched Shu Na [came along with me coz we were going for prom together ;)] All the way back she slept in the back seat (sooo cute XD) Once we reached home, she hit off with my mum =) [sorry lar, my Chinese is rusty] a quick rest and shower later we head off to the saloon to get our hair done~ Annie's place, I adore the place now~ since I was a kid I always went there for hair cuts, first time there for styling tho ^-^ great choice =D I was soooo satisfied with what I got (tho my mum said it looked like a chicken's tail lolz)

Rushed home and had my mum put on the makeup for me with help from Shu Na :P haha, told her it's too light but haha ah well~ and just as I was going to put on my dress the boys [Ham and Irwin] showed up ^.^ haha, had Ed entertain them while me and Shu Na dressed up~ It was cute how they all stepped on the weighting scale before leaving lol!! And we were off =D

Reached EastWood around...6.30pm and was awed by the people I saw, right off the bat was Ian with his usual smile :D then there was Maaaay! XD lol! We headed off to the cocktail party (the pre-prom if you will) and I had grape wine (very strong too and since we were all on empty-stomach :P) Met lotsa people XD ekeke~

The grand ball room was...grand =) ahaha, the food was nice, the music not so much since the mics were off tune, the people were great and it was fun =D Lotsa pics taken ^^ check them out in facebook =D ekeke. At the end, the dance floor was too small but we made the best out of it. Nelson was one heck of a singer as always hehe.

All in all, it was nice~ much better than my A lvls time haha and I did enjoy myself tho it would seem like I zoned out now and then (gomen ne!) Many thanks for the drive all the way here and sending me back.

fuuuuu~ what a day!

20th September, a day I won't forget in a long long time :P Started the morning with my Accounting Managerial 101 exam, I was so tense from the mcq questions, 50 in 1.5 hours. But I finished before time =) just made 1 known silly mistake at the mo =-= High hopes to score high! =D

Right after the exam, I headed to the LT foyer to join the registration group for the 5th CPA-Curtin Undergraduate Business Conference. It was pretty cool, how we actually managed to get 177 students to participate in just 1 week! woot! It was mission impossible fulfilled! 8 students came from Swinburne Kuching =) 2 from IBS (poor boys, heard they were ignored >< bad president)

In my opinion tho, the conference wasn't that much of a success as many found the morning topics to be too boring. Dr. Adeline really saved the day with her personality test after lunch =D After that I stayed outside coz...I bumped into our lovely Fernleaf! XD So we chatted and chatted away as she waited for her dear dear so they could study haha.

I must say, being a non-participant this time around makes me see a lot...how the students complain bout the shirt size (first come first serve basis and they know this) and not enough food (this is understand to be too much of an under-estimation on our side >< sorry hungry people!). Only 4 who signed up didn't show up which was a huge shock for the seniors who expect an average of 40+ to not show up!!!

After the conference, we cleaned up the LT and took lotsa pics =D Then we bundled into Vic's car (many thanks~) coz poor Gil's car had a punctured tyre! Fortunately he had it replaced in time to pick me, Yuki and her housemate to dinner =P

Owh dinner, it was super yummy at Yi-Har-Hai!!! XD Sea cucumber soup, kailan, lemon chicken, mixed vege+toufu, butter crab and fried sotong ...p= We, a table of 9 girls, pretty much beat everyone else's tables at finishing the food XD Girl power wei~ we were so keng XD lol!!!

After dinner the gang went to the Public Park (like 2-4 mins from my house >>) to show the Swinburne kids around, I headed home~ after shower and a sleep attempt to play Wall E I konked out and zzzzzz hehe, life is good~

CV bintang fund raising and mooncake festival!

Weeee~ felt like updating, will get to all the other events before today probably after my exams and hectic moment T_T gomen!!!

So today is the big day, amongst my assignment kicking, presentation prep and revision, I have taken today to volunteer myself to the Samboi Queen (previously Lemonade Queen)! We had games: pop those balloons!, ring around the bottles, be a magician, sudoku and guess the books. We had cakes and biscuits and we had samboi drink.
Went to Parkson at 9.30am sharp and started the unpacking and arranging at the drinks table. First we had to boil water coz only hot water can bring out the 'true' taste of the samboi+lime. Poured 1 mini-bucket of concentrated syrup into the giant metal tong + 1 gallon of water to dilute it (and even then it was still concentrated!! way to go Samboi Queen xD).
And then the ice arrived....without a place to store them >_< we resorted to just leaving 2 bags of the ice on the floor... bad move. The melted ice spilled out on the floor and after mopping up after it twice I just couldn't be bothered, my right shoe was soaked and business wasn't so well for a good first hour [it was only rm$1!!]
The mak cik was sorta scolding us for not preparing a bucket or something to keep the ice bags, sad thing was I didn't understand Sarawakian so I just stared blankly and gave an uncertain smile [CV! mah, whatever happens smile!!] Thank goodness after 2 rounds of frowns and scolding a fellow member of the drinks section borrowed buckets from the toilet attendant! [many thanks yo!] After a quick mop after, the water stayed in the bucket and the scoldings stopped hahaha!
Our drinks department didn't do as well as we hope, probably coz it was puasa time and mooncake festival so there weren't many people around. We sold around 90 or so drinks and still had leftovers so since sharing is caring, the rest was tapau-ed back XD hahaha, Orange was especially happy, hugging the tong of samboi drink since early afternoon! lmao!!!

Anyways, Vincent was our main MC for the day and he did a good job however his mic was outshown by the infamous Ian XD lol! He really lit up the place from the beginning, starting from the CV! cheer =D We had a lot of curious stares when we did the cheer but it brought our spirit up ^^
I loved the dances!!! They were the bomb! Ophe and Mich were especially H.O.T!! XD lol~ They can really move! woots!! haha. The new dance was cuteeee~ would love to learn the moves to that one =D hehe.

YB Lee came for the closing ceremony and hmm, well let's just say I will be collecting more newspaper clippings XD hehe, we cheered on and on with lots of camwhoring to celebrate the new record for the Bintang Fund Raising's donation amount! wootz! It's been really fun and the experience is worth it anyday, anytime ^^

Tonight, Jovis they all came over for dinner and boy I was stuffed with baked chicken p= Many thanks couz for the help in finally getting the dress disciplined! XD (what do I mean? you will have to find out on the 27th ;D) Had a short camwhoring session with her in my room, will get the pics asaic ('as soon as I can' lar XD)

Hahahahaha, excuse the hyper-ness, just had yummy yum yum DURIAN XD Owh and I finally got a CV! t-shirt XD Extra weeeeeeeeeeee~ Night peeps!! buahaha!

Woots! I finally watched Death Note 3: L Change the World. Absolutely loved it! L is soo cool and funny!!! Gosh, if anyone walks like that all the time I would whack his back XD and the way he handles kids!! rofl!!! Watch it =D

lol! yay~ I managed to keep to my to-do list so far =D Ticked off down to 1 and a half onwards now haha! My mum is gonna help me paint the roses ^^ yay~
Spent the afternoon staring at Rocky and I can't remember what then went to visit grandma with my mum and aunt. While they had a long talk about the maid I stared off into space and just kept grandma company~

Waited 40mins for tapau-ed dinner at the open mart and you wouldn't believe the size of rats they have there!!! Fat fat fat and as big as a plate! I was soo O__o and chased after them to get some pics!! My mum was disgusted by them and me lol!!! Will upload as soon as I am able =) haha~

shock in...my car porch

had a great afternoon talking shyt and crazy stuff with the gang. All coz May (sister-in-law and standard of CV!) decided to ask, "When will George come out?" So as the nature of the majority of us Crazy Volunteers we twist the meaning a bit XD lol! When George finally finished his class, I started lol-ing and said, "Lookie! Georgie came out May!...and it only took 15 minutes!!" rofl!!! It was really obvious to the gang what we were talking about and it went all the more Hamsap from there!!! XD Kelvin was there and Ian joined in later :P It went on for well over an hour! haha, great afternoon guys =D Plus finally got something to be done for the CC! whuuuzzzah!

I came home in the evening and got a super shocking news from my bro which I absolutely didn't believe until I saw it with my own eyes...Rocky...has been...sheltering a...a kitten!!! I was totally O__o then =___= as the kitten walked around my porch with a much bigger doggie sniffing her so I carried her out and back to the neighbour's where she should be. Tonight, after my duties in the kitchen I went out to check on Rocky and O___O I found THIS there...

It's like walau eh! No wonder people have been commenting that Rocky lost weight! Totally unexpected from you boy! Letting a kitten eat from your bowl! If only he wasn't camera shy :P He went over to sniff the kitten everytime I touched her, haha jealous fella but runs away when he sees the camera XD And this kitten...well all I can say now is that I believe I will be seeing more of her from now on >>

me, dear Rocky and Furball :P

Finally went swimming again =D This time with Pleasure, Ian and everyone's fav Koala XD He seriously acted like a true Koala even in the pool! Hugging his float and all rofl!!! Had great fun poking those two :P and kena spun around by Ian XD and pulled back into the pool lol! Can't wait for the next session =D

Watched the Olympics opening till I zzzz on the sofa XD haha. It was an amazing opening, loved the performances, beautifully done, especially the drums! 2008 of them!! Spectacular scene!

Aaah, yesterday, again I wanted to update but guess what? Sarawak had a masive blackout!!! I thought it was bad enough having a whole Miri blackout but turned out Sibu and Kuching had it too!! =O such a shock when I asked my uncle in Kuching bout it!! lol! So we had a true moon lit stroll with Rocky =D The blackout lasted roughly 1hour or so from 8pm+ if I remember correctly..

Woke up today feeling horrible =( my sore throat got worst then there is the flu clogging up my nose D= on a better note~ went to visit my grandma in the morning and got my phone fixed =D

for the sake of science

Yup, this poor little big froggie is gonna be my bro's biology class sacrifice tomorrow morning. Kesian the fella, sitting there in the basket now...in the bathroom *gribbit*

Owh, got my transcript today and not pleased at all to see the bloody BM there with the status fail, there was no bloody class for crying out loud =@ and I wasn't informed of a thing either so they better remove it else I am gonna burn their ears with my complains!

On a lighter note, it finally rained today much to many people's relief and my mood has been light too~ weekend is just a few hours away and I can't wait to get my sleep back, have fun, swim with Ian and Pleasure, jog with my cousins and research on my ass-ignments [wth right :P]

I shall end the post with everyone's fav cuddly Rocky ^^ and a webcam whoring session with my bro XD [1st time ever folks! rofl~ I hope he never sees this else I am X_X]

XD

Been a while ne? Well I have finished my 1st week of this 2nd semester =) I love my lecturers and just feel super lucky to have them all =D

Kak Sham, director of the School of Business and H.O.D of the Marketing and Management department, has actually taken time to lecture for our Marketing 100! She is strict but there is a fun side to her and I absolutely love her style! <3

Mr. Ari (Marketing 100 tutor) and Mr. Anba (Acct management lecturer and tutor) are both...in a nutshell, hyper, happy and jokers :P regardless of those, they are really good in their topics so I am not worried to be in their hands XD

Mrs. Alice and Mr. Ariffin (Law Contract lecturer and tutor), for Mrs. Alice it's like meeting an old friend again =P I am very used to her style as she was my Legal Framework 100 lecturer and tutor! Attended Mr. Ariffin's class once and his classes are more on interaction so looking forward to that =D

And ahh, last and not least my Economics 100 lecturer and tutor :P Mr. Ismail (Ismile XD) and Mrs. Poh Yen. I love Mr Ismail's style, no lecture slides, very practical and on the spot teaching style with just the textbook as a guide =D I have done A levels Economics so this is a really big review and refreshment for me (much needed). My tutor was my Management 100 lecturer :P She is not an Economics teacher however due to shortage of staff she has to take the spot. Slightly worried but I am sure it will be fine (me dad is Econs teacher afterall XD)

Onwards to today!!! I had the best time ever hanging out on campus XXDD I finally got to stay back late and participate in the CV! dances like the active members!!! Yeah, I am hyped :P Took me 30 mins of observing and 30 mins more of testing before getting the moves ^^ It was great fun to just fool around with friends =D The previous batch moved really nicely, loved watching em (especially Ian, Ham and Georgie) Silly me danced in socks tho so my big toes are really feeling it now XP haha. Hopefully all goes well tomorrow at the CV! gathering =D

Edit: Owh and I absolutely loved watching the video of the long time senior CV!s [Zackie, Bal, Ian, Roger, Auggie..] dance. Their moves are so flow-y and smooth, really looked like they enjoyed it and are sooo energetic! Hope to learn those moves one day =D

The morning started out good.. The little stinky got his bath! XD Smelling great now! But he seems to not like being clean, always finds ways to dirty himself up in the mud lol luckily just his paws =P

(did it alone this time, still the same look given lol!!)

Spent the afternoon on Fiesta once again (leveled to 50 woot!) then went for a quick run with Rocky as promised ^^ helped dad with the printer for the rest of the evening and finally got it working before dinner =)

Went grinding on Fiesta agian till about 11.30pm and lo and behold! Hamu was there telling me to check for the semester's results! Oh joy~ XD 3Ds and 1 credit for BIS (last minute work result :P) had hoped for at least 1 HD but this is good =D now I am really looking forward to next semester's challenges and improving myself =) ousu! gambarimasu! ^^
